All orders, once placed and accepted, take 10-15 business days to be processed before being shipped out to you. During sales, orders may take 15-20 business days. Custom orders take 20-25 business days. The time your order takes to be delivered to you is dependent on the mail service and is not controlled by PBC.
Any delays on our end will be communicated to you.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reach out to you for further information.
In the case of a refund, the item purchased must be returned to PBC in its original condition before a refund can be processed. There are no exchanges offered at this time.
Are your items handmade?
Majority of the items listed on the site are handmade unless otherwise stated. Some of our products are sub- contracted and then finished by PBC.
All items are for personal use only and are not to be resold without expressed consent from PBC.
Props do not accompany products and are not for sale. They are included purely for photo staging purposes.

How are your items packaged?
At PBC, we try to be environmentally conscious and try to eliminate as much plastic from our product when possible. We incorporate other mediums to wrap our items to ensure that they arrive to you in pristine condition from our end.
We are aware that the mail service may be a bit rough on packages at times so we also keep this in mind as well when packaging our products.
Notebook, Journal and Planner Sizes?
Our Journals, Weekly Agendas and Monthly Planners currently measure 7 in by 9 in.
Our Desk Planners currently measure US Letter Size.

We obtain our artwork from a variety of sources. Some of our artwork must be credited to SandiaDesign and their amazing work!
Can items be customized?
Listings will indicate whether the product can be customized via the options given. If you are interested in personalizing a product, you can fill out the “custom order” form on the home page providing all the details.
US & International orders are delivered via USPS registered mail.
International Shipping: Estimated 4-6 weeks due to the pandemic.
Trinidad and Tobago orders made via the ClicksMartTT store
are fulfilled by ClicksMartTT.
Please note that foiling is a delicate process and as such, there may be some imperfections of sheets. PBC will aim to limit these from occurring.
Payment methods offered are Paypal and Credit Card/MasterCard.
Credit Card/MasterCard payments are facilitated via SocialPayTT.
Orders paid via credit card and the payment is unsuccessful will be given 24 hours to resubmit payments. After 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Send us an email with the details. (emails/messages are usually responded to within 24-48 hours.
PBC reviews the request and discussion commences where applicable.
The idea/concept is agreed upon and contact and billing details are forwarded.
Once submitted, a listing will be created and clients can check out via the site and make their payment.
